18 April to flower park?

Hi all, I read that the recommended period to visit the Hitachi Seaside Park and Ashikaga Flower Park is in late Apr - mid May. However, I would leave Japan on 20 Apr hence I would like to seek your opinion if I should still visit the park on 18 Apr?

Ashikaga Flower Park is definitely out, no wisteria when we first visited the park during April 26. As for Hitachi Seaside Park there is also doubt. It is said that nemophila starts blooming during late April but the best time for it is early May.
