How long to get from NRT airport to Nagano

Flying from New York to Narita on either a wednesday or thursday landing at NRT at 15:00. will i be able to get to Nagano by 19:30 in order to catch the bus to Hakuba Valley?
i understand ill need to take an express from Narita to Tokyo, and then a bullet from Tokyo to Nagano. but i dont know how long it will take me to get through immigration and customs at the NRT airport. I am Non-Japanese resident.

From deplaning to being in the basement of the airport (rail terminal) can average about 45 minutes, sometimes 25 minutes if you're good and know your way around. I gave you an hour to be sure.
