Hiroshima to Naoshima

Hi,
I am looking at going from Hiroshima to Naoshima on 6 May. Does anyone have advice on how to do this (we will have a JR pass), we are keen to maximise our time on Naoshima so plan to leave Hiroshima early in the morning.

Hiroshima to Okayama on the bullet train. Okayama to Uno on the JR Seto-Ohashi Line. Walk from Uno Stn to Uno Port (5 mins) Ferry to Naoshima. Ferry Schedule here: http://www.benesse-artsite.jp/en/access/island.htmlLook for the Uno - Naoshima (Miyanoura) section. Check hyperdia.com for suitable trains from Hiroshima.

It'll take some time.
Hiroshima to Okayama is about 90 mins. The slow train to Uno takes about another 50 mins. The ferry crossing is quick (?20 mins?), but ferries aren't so frequent.
Naoshima, once you're there, is AMAZING.
