Okunoin Temple construction

According to the Japan Guide page on Okunoin Temple, there's construction currently going on so the Ichinohashi Bridge will be closed till the end of March.
Would there be the chance that it won't be back open in time for my visit on the 4th April?
Because I really want to take this approach on my visit to the mausoleum while I am in Koyasan.
