How to get to Kamikochi in March

Hi, we would like to see Kamikochi in the end of March, we really don�Lt mind closed hotels and any facilities... But is here any possibility to get there? Cause walking from Matsumoto is not so interesting:)

Buses between Matsumoto and Takayama stop near the entrance to Kamikochi. But from there you have to hike. No facilities are provided, at all. Rules for winter visits are explained here:

So the bus stops on the crossing of roads no. 158 and 24 and we can walk along the road no. 24? I�Lm just looking at googlemaps...
