Hi, I will be arriving to Japan on 7-15 Apr and interested in the Alphine route. Understand that the full route starts 16 Apr onwards, partial route starts 10 Apr, is the snow corridor opens for viewing?

The April 10-15 partial opening of the Alpine Road is from Tateyama to Midagahara only. Access to the snow corridor is from Murodo which is one stop further from Midagahara and is not opened until April 16.
