travel to Asahigawa from Feb6-11,16

I would like to take flight to Narita,then tranfer by train to Asahikawa,but don't know how?Anyone has any suggestions for me and my husband?The direct Flight to sapporo is very expensive,so I choose to travel by plane to Narita then trasfer by train,or is it better to take a flight to supporo then JR to ashigawa?

If you get discount air tickets then it will be cheaper to fly to Asahikawa, and nearly 10 hours faster each way. Look up flights going via Haneda Airport. More info here:
