Instant noodles for vegetarians 2015/3/24 12:37
Are there any brands of instant noodles in Japan that don't contain meat, seafood or fish products? Cheers!

All instant noodles contain meat and/or seafood stocks. If they don't contain, no taste.

You can usually buy them at natural food stores such as F&F and Kodawariya. The following blog shows photos of vegetarian/vegan Japanese instant ramen.

Hi jennjett
I thought you might find this interesting, though perhaps not of much practical use.

I know of a brand you can order from Amazon JP that is suitable for vegetarians, you can order one packet or a box. Personally the box is much better value in my opinion, but it is up to you of course.

Miso flavour:

Soy Sauce Flavour:

Personally I have only tried the soy sauce flavour, but it's pretty good I have to say.
