Kawaguchiko (Fuji San), what to do

We will be taking a bus from Tokyo to the Fuji area (Kawaguchiko).
We plan on visiting Kachi Kachi ropeway & Chureito Pagoda.
What else could we do that day? We will be there from about 8:30-6:00pm.
We are visiting in November. What are the chances of getting a good view of Fuji?
Can anyone recommend a good restaurant in the area?
