Very hard to find if not for business trip. Try to contact int'l college student or worker with FB? Maybe also they knows something. http://www.assoitalia.org/In Japan urban big cities Italian restaurant/bar(Italian owner) a lot who have web/FB. Use google tranlate(apps) easy via pic(camera)/voice.
