Is there any different in term of Type of Train use between 5 days Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass and 7 days JR pass?

Yes, the Takayama-Hokuriku Area Tourist Pass is a completely different pass, valid only on a very limited number of JR trains and the non-JR buses between Kanazawa and Takayama as explained here:

In contrast, the Japan Rail Pass is valid on JR trains nationwide, but it does not cover the non-JR bus:

1. Takayama to Nagiso
2. Nagiso to Osaka Station/Shin Osaka
