What pass to use in Osaka/Kyoto Itinerary

hi. My husband and I will be traveling to Japan for the first time this April. However due to peak season, our travel agent book us to 3 accommodations for our 4 days in Osaka/Kyoto.
These are our hotels:
BUSINESS HOTEL VIAINN SHIN-OSAKA
HILTON OSAKA
HOTEL UNIZO KYOTO SHIJO KARASUMA
What pass do we get to get from one hotel to another? I heard that taxi are quite expensive.
