Residency / visa query

Hi everyone,
So this has been my current situation.
I had a job offer and in turn the employer gained me a COE, and I got my visa and I've turned up and been in Japan for one week so far..
Okay, but before coming the employer in question was having a hard time due to their main customers being from Russia so not many sales recently..
In turn I have then had to search for new employment, and luckily in looks as though I'll be starting a new job in the next two weeks. Is there any process I have to follow to advise anyone I'm taking employment elsewhere (same visa type so no change needed) or is it okay just to continue?
Also the new job is in another city, no problem for me, but do I have to change a address on my residence card, or should I only do this one I've got a apartment sorted as i'll be in a different hotel for about two weeks than the one I put on my visa application?
Sorry for the long post but am worrying as I want to do everything right..
Kind regards..

Depending on your status type Section 18 or 19 from here http://www.immi-moj.go.jp/english/tetuduki/kanri/hituyou_syorui.htmlThen section 5 for leaving a organization/contract and starting a new one. Fill out the form and take to nearest immigration office or post it with a copy of your zairyu card within 14 days of the change. For address, you make the changes at your local municipal office. If doing the informing of work change by post, then make sure you are registered at correct address.

Sorry..
I am also scared as the closest I can stay to Osaka is in Kobe at a hotel there, which is in Hyogo, but it is Osaka I am looking at apartments and where I will be wanting to live..
Does that mean I can't go to the Osaka office, or do I have to go the ward office for each hotel I change to each time, or can Osaka help me..?
Sorry peeps, just worrying and I want everything to be okay..

You don't need to report short hotel stays, just report the address of your new apartment when you move in.

Ahh Thanks Firas, appreciated.
And I'm thinking that's within 90 days of me coming into the country right? I think it is, but you know what I mean, I'm wanting to follow all the right rules :)

So right now you are in Japan, have an address, came in on an employer-sponsored work visa, are on that same resident status, and are employed, right? When you leave your current city (to "move houses," not just "move to a temporary hotel"), you can go to the city hall of the city you are currently living in, and can report that you will be moving out of the city as of such-and-such date. You will receive a "moving out certificate." When you are in the new city and have an address, you take that piece of paper and the residence card, and report that you will be moving in on such-and-such date. I believe the moving out/in reporting needs to be done within two weeks before or after the actual moving date. http://www.soumu.go.jp/main_sosiki/jichi_gyousei/c-gyousei/pdf/english...What is the 90-day thing you are talking about? You ARE on a work visa/resident status, correct?
