Osanbashi Yokohama Passenger Terminal

Hi, I will embark a cruise at Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal from Ikebukuro and it would be grateful if anyone can tell me now to get there. My plan is to take:

1) Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line at Ikebukuro Station (F09) to Shibuya Station (F16);
2) then transfer to Tokyu Toyoko Line at Shibuya Station (TY01) to Yokohama Station (TY21);
3) then transfer to Minatomiral Line at Yokohama Station (MM01) to Nihonodori Station (MM05).

My questions are:
a) is that I have to enter and exit at Ikebukuro (F09), Shibuya (TY01) and Yokohama (MM01) stations with 3 separate tickets respectively?
b) any other better way from Ikebukuro to Osanbashi Yokohama International Passenger Terminal?
