Night bus or trains from fujiyoshida to tokyo

Hi. I plan to visit fujiq highland and fusomething onsen (i cant remember its name) that's right next to fujiq. I'm probably leaving aroung 23h, when the onsen closes. I was wondering if i can take any buses or trains to get back to tokyo after this hour. If i can't, there is something to do at this hour around fujiyoshida? If not, some cheap ryokans?

The last train connection back to Tokyo leaves around 21:20. The last bus connection around 20:20.
