Hello!
I am planning to visit the Kawachi Fujien on April 25, 2015. Will I be able to see the Wisteria Blooms then? :)

The normal times are from the end of April through the beginning of May. If you could delay going there a bit you'd probably see more blooming. But be aware also that during Golden Week there is a huge crowd of people who also will be there.
