I plan to visit Mt Fuji on 23rd april 2015. My arrival time at Narita airport will be 3pm. Will there be a connection transport to mt fuji? I check on http://highway-buses.jp/fuji/ and http://www.japan-guide.com/bus/fuji.html. both start the schedule on 25th and 26th april, i wonder why?? a bit confused. Do you have any other option on bus or railway which able me to go mt fuji on 23rd? thank you for your advice

if i come out from NArita airport, the nearest station to take the express bus is either shinjuku and tokyo station rite.Again, it depends on where around Mount Fuji you want to go. Indeed, there are buses that depart from Tokyo Station in direction of Mount Fuji. They are good if you intend to go towards Lake Yamanakako. Buses for Shinjuku are best to access the Lake Kawaguchiko area. These buses are most frequent. Can JR pass able to use for this ride? No. The Japan Rail Pass is generally not valid on highway buses. Access to the Fuji Five Lake area is also explained here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e6905.html
