Night bus

I am travelling from Abenobashi to Kawakuchiko on 24 apr 2015 . Can I book the night bus travelling on 22 apr 2015 at Kintetsu osaka abenobashi station(2day before the departure)
Is it necessary to make a booking over the phone ?

But that Friday night seems busy(not full already now) 3 cars (about 100 seats) operate
as same operation number "Fujiyama-liner[フジヤマライナー] 001" for Fujisan stn bus stop.(Kawaguchiko stn is not last)
Already 2 bus under 5 seats left last one only fine(no announced seat numbers).
Maybe Fuji-Shibazakura fes visitors a lot(depends on weather).

So if aleady in Japan by call recommend ASAP.
