Udon Museum In Kyoto permanently closed?

Next November, my friends and I ate going to Japan again. We want to eat Udon in Udon Museum in Kyoto. But yesterday, i checked google maps up and got information that this restaurant is closed. That is true? Because in February 2015, I visited that museum and dinner Udon with my friends.

Looks like they closed suddenly on February 24th this year. Word is that they filed bankruptcy, so I wouldn't expect them to reopen anytime soon.
