From Gotemba, how exactly do I get to Hakone-Yumoto (direct bus or must I change), and where can I find updated timetable / schedule? Can I purchase the Hakone Free Pass at Gotemba?

I could not find the shop where you purchase the Hakone Free Pass at Gotemba.

It is best that you pre-purchased it at Shinjuku Station If you're starting from Tokyo.
