Is hay fever still here (Nagoya area)? Recently I'm seriously blocked up, strange feeling back of throat and always want to clear my throat, eyes stinging and watery, and generally feel drowsy and lethargic, whereas I'm usually very active.
If so...
Is there an over the counter medication I could take (links please) or is there a surefire med I could ask the doc for?
