Guys, please share your experience, which island is the best to have 4-5 days beach holidays in Japan? we woud like nice resort with white sand, all inclusive system ? Any suggestions?

I am not aware of any all-inclusive resorts in Japan besides the Club Med on Ishigaki:

But there may be some others...

For resorts the Yaeyama Islands might be better:

But you also should consider Miyako Island or the Kerama Islands:
