Based on my schedule and information from hyerpedia :
07.30am kamata (JR Keihin) - kanda (JR Chuo Line) - mitaka (holiday rapid MT Fuji 1) - Kawaguchiko 10.26am
Kawaguchiko - Gotemba outlet mall by bus
20.00pm gotemba (JR Gotemba) - Kozu (JR Tokaido) - Odawara (Shinkansen Kodama) - Shinagawa (JR Keihin) - Kamata 22.31pm
Quetion :
1. All train cover by JR Pass?
2. Does bus go to kachi kachi ropeway in lake kawaguchiko cover by JR Pass
3. Does bus kawaguchiko - gotemba outlet mall cover by JR Pass
4. Does bus gotemba outlet mall to gotemba station cover by JR Pass

I will assume that you refer to the nationwide Japan Rail Pass.
1. All train cover by JR Pass?
No, the Holiday Rapid Mt. Fuji is not covered between Otsuki and Kawaguchiko. (It is fully covered by the JR Kanto Rail Pass, though)
2. Does bus go to kachi kachi ropeway in lake kawaguchiko cover by JR Pass
No.
3. Does bus kawaguchiko - gotemba outlet mall cover by JR Pass
No.
4. Does bus gotemba outlet mall to gotemba station cover by JR Pass
No, but there are free shuttle buses every 20 minutes.
