From Osaka port to Itami airport

What is the easiest way to go to Itami airport from Osaka cruise terminal, tempozan berth.

The easiest way is to take a taxi all the way. I estimate it to cost around 7000 yen (during daytime without major traffic jams).

By public transportation, you would have to transfer three times (and walk 600 meters from the port to the nearest subway station):

As for the time and cost, the train route might be better, but if you have big luggage, using limousine bus might be easier. If you take the limousine bus, go through exit No. 6 or 7 in Namba station of Midosuji line.

We've spent two weeks in Japan last year and I thought there was an easiest way but no, Japan is so well organized. What about to take a taxi to Universal studios and take the airport limousine from there? Taking a taxi from the port to Itami is the best but an expensive solution...

I think it will work. Taxi from Tempozan to Universal studios would be around 2000-2500 yen, and the limousine bus fare is 930 yen per person.

As for taxi to Universal Studios, it is cheaper to use the toll road since it can avoid the detour and the driver might ask you whether he should use it. You must pay the toll (500-1000 yen depending on the time and the payment methods used) in addition to the taxi fare. The taxi fare in Japan is shown in the taximeter and the driver will tell you the sum of the meter and the toll. Note that it is not the ripping. You might better ask the driver the supposed fare.
