Dohoku Bus query for Sounkyo 2015/5/17 20:20
Hello, I was just going through this bus schedule (http://www.dohokubus.com/pdf/15s-kamikawa.pdf) and noticed a column in bold (sixth from the left), a connecting bus that leaves Sounkyo and connects to Taisetsuko. Where is that and what is in Taisetsuko please? Can someone also please kindly confirm that for the rest of the timetable, the buses between Asahikawa stn/Kamikawa stn and Sounkyo are running DAILY from May 27, 2015, to Oct. 31, 2015, please? Thank you very much.

It is an artificial lake in the middle of nowhere:

The Taisetsuko-bound bus is useful if you want a quick look at Ginga No Taki and Ryusei No Taki or an even quicker look at Obako. Of course you can stay longer if you don't mind walking back to Sounkyo.

Thank you for the replies and the suggestion on Obako/waterfalls. But with about 30 mins, I agree it will be probably be a quick look assuming there's little time needed to walk to the waterfalls/Obako. Just curious, for the waterfalls, which stop would that be? The Obako one? Many thanks again.
