What to wear in Sapporo ?

I am going to Sapporo, Hakodate and Noboribetsu on 26 May - 1 June so I'm wondering what kind of cloth should I wear? Should I wear long sleeves shirt or not?

Temps will be mid teens to mid twenties, so I'd bring spring weather clothing plus a light jacket and a pair of pants in case it gets chilly in the evenings/early mornings.
