8Days itinerary check ( In Osaka Out Haneda )

Day 1 - Late arrival ( transfer by bus to hotel )
Day 2 - Osaka - Day trip to Nara - Osaka
Day 3 - Osaka - Kyoto ( plan to stay a night in Ryokan )
Day 4 - Kyoto
Day 5 - Kyoto - Tokyo
Day 6 - Tokyo
Day 7- Tokyo ( full day in Disney )
Day 8 - transfer to airport ( late flight )
1) from the itinerary above , do I need JR Pas or buy day pass and 1way Shinkansen?
2) Any suggested day trip from Tokyo ?
3) Any comment for itinerary above ?

One way ticket
I don't know enough about you to tell what you like or don't. Thus, I cannot comment on your itinerary. Your chosen cities are popular among tourists so it is a safe bet.
