North Tohoku itinerary help

Please help organize itinerary and advise on transport for trip
starting and ending Tokyo. Places of interest are:
Hachinohe, lake towada, oirase stream, hakkoda, aomori.
Hirosaki, juniko, anmon falls, dairakyo gorge
Kakunodate, dakigaeri valley, Tarzawako, nyuto.
Hachimantai, Morioka.
Grateful for any help rendered.
