Hakone Yumoto to Miyanoshita

On my final day in Hakone I plan to c/out from my ryokan (Hoeiso) and travel from Hakone Yumoto to lunch at Iroriya which is near Sokokura. I read that I should take the "Hakone-machi line" bus from Hakone Yumoto Station (Bus H), to "Sokokura". Then walk for 5 minutes. Map of bus stop only shows "Kami-Sokokura" though..
Is it the same stop?

This bus from Hakone Yumoto passes Miyanoshita Station. Would it be faster to grab the train from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Miyanoshita Station then the bus rather than sit on the bus all the way from Hakone-Yumoto Station?

Irori-ya became a popular Izakaya restaurant since it's been introduced on a popular drama series "kodoku-no-gourmet".
I don't know this is the reason you like to visit there but I would recommend you to book in advance before you visit there. The izakaya restaurant is small and fully packed with 7-8 people, locates in hidden and hilly place.

I think you can visit there from either "Kami-zoko-kura" or "Jinja-shita" bus stops, or walk from Miyanoshita station for 15-20 mins.
The izakaya restaurant locates in hilly place, I think you can easily get lost. There is a notice sign board of Irori-ya indication but unsure you can read it.

I just LOVE beef and the picture of the beef bowl just looks scrumptious.. Will try and see whether my ryokan can assist to call up to book.. Do ryokans do this kind of services?

I really need to know how long will it take for the Tozan Bus "H" to take between Hakone Yumoto and Jinja-Shita... Is there anyway I can find out?

There is a tourist information center near Hakone-Yumoto sta and police box beside Hayakawa river bridge. There are English and Chinese speaking guides available there during daytime. I don't think Odakyu railway tourist information won't do any booking other than their services provided.

Take a written Irori-ya address and phone number and show them you want to make a booking there.

It takes 14-15 min between Hakone-Yumoto sta and Jinja-shita or Kami-zoko-kura, 460 Yen single fare.
Time table from Hakone-Yumoto(for Hakone-machi) is here. There are 4-6 buses daytime.

I'm not going back to Hakone Yumoto yet after lunch. Will go to Hakone Art Museum then only back to Hakone Yumoto before catching the Romancecar to Shinjuku.

Catching either the "H" or the "L" bus from Jinja-Shita to Kowakidani Station then Hakone Tozan Train to Gora. Followed by Hakone Tozan Cable car to Koen-Kami for the museum.

I want the fastest mode of transportation for this day since I'll
need to catch the reserved Romancecar back to Shinjuku. It looks like buses are faster than train, ya?

The bus line "H" is only operates between Jinja-shita bus stop and kowakidani sta.
The bus line "L" goes to Gotemba outlet direction and won't even stop at Jinja-shita or Kami-zoko-kura bus stops.

I hope the closure of the ropeway and Owakudani will end before my trip..

There is no bus between Gora sta and hakone-Yumoto sta.
The bus "G" goes to Gotemba sta which locates in the north. Hakone-Yumoto sta locates in the south. The "G" bus doesn't stop in Hakone-Yumoto sta or doesn't go to south direction.

The only access between Gora sta and Hakone-Yumoto sta is operated by Hakone Tozan Train(railway).
