Climbing Mount Fuji

I'm climbing Mount Fuji in early Sept, I understand that there is only mountain huts at the Yoshidaguchi 5th Station. Can anyone recommend a hotel to stay nearby so I can get to the Yoshidaguchi 5th Station in the morning after a good night sleep?
Also I have about 3-4 days to spare after the climb. Can you recommend any place around Mount Fuji for a tour?

I recommend you to stay near Kawaguchiko sta and catch a Fujikyu bus to Mt Fuji 5th sta from Kawaguchiko sta departs at 8:50, arrives Fuji 5th sta at9:45. I think "goraikou-kan" hut still open until mid-Sep. http://www.goraikoukan.jp/english/Goraikoukan serves hamburg steak for dinner, and, a roll bread and Muesli Bars for breakfast pack which the most huts serve curry for dinner and onigiri rice ball for breakfast pack.
