Kyushu Rail Pass Exchange

Does anyone know if I can exchange a voucher for a Kyushu Rail Pass at the Kokura Station ticket counter? The JR Kyushu website seems to suggest that I can do this from 04:50 - 24:00, 7 days per week. However, the website that I ordered the voucher from says that the exchange must be made at the JR Kyushu Travel Office which has more limited hours (10:00 - 19:00). I will be arriving early on the ferry from Matsuyama and don't want to have to wait for the travel office to open to make the exchange.
