Hi, I'm planning to get the Fuji Hakone pass next week. Just some questions:
1) how long in advance do I need to get the pass from shinjuku?
2) I'm planning to take bus from shinjuku to kawaguchiko, stay a night there then next day to hakone by bus. Is there a direct bus to hakone or is it a bus to pass through Gotemba? My destination is Fujimien, Togendai station?
3) what is the difference between Romancecar and normal rail back to shinjuku?
