Kintetsu 1 day pass at KIX

Hi,
Is the Kintetsu 1 day pass availale at Kansai airport? If yes, where?

In kyoto sttaion, where can I get it and what are the opening hours?


I asked this question before, but did not get any useful answer.

In the Bic Camera store adjacent to Kyoto Station. Opening hours are 10:00 to 21:00.

It is explained, but http://www.kaakix.co.jp/travel/travel_en.html says the travel desk is closed...and info also says kyoto sttaion in additin to BIC camera..hence my query

It seems that the operator of the desk changed on April 1 from the Kansai Airport Agency to JTB Western Japan. And the name changed to "Kansai Tourist Information Center". They are still in the same location and sell the Kintetsu Rail Pass. Opening hour: 7:00 to 22:00.
