Anybody know what the rules are about driving a Japanese-licenced car in Korea are?

I have a kei camper and am thinking of putting it on the ferry to Busan and spending some time travelling round Korea...

Possible no need Carnet(CPD).
But not so cheap and easy also quite different traffic rules and more.

Anyway if not yours need asking before to rent a car campany.
