Hakone Tozan Railway Hydrangeas 2015/6/24 13:38
I had hoped to take the special train for viewing the hydrangeas, but I won't be in Hakone until the 13th. It's my understanding that they will probably still be in bloom in the upper areas, but they just won't run the special train. Is that correct?

Will they continue to illuminate them at night along the tracks and/or at Miyanoshita station?

The period of illuminating hydrangeas is from 20th June to 12th July.
The special train you want is better. But according to Web of Hakone Tozan, the ticket for special train is almost sold out.

Don't worry about that. If you take a regular train between 6:30pm and 10pm, you can enjoy them.
