NEX Tokyo Round Trip Ticket 2015/6/27 04:59
HI!
Will it be a good idea/possible to purchase this ticket if going from Narita (Terminal 1) to Roppongi and returning from Haneda (Terminal D2) to Narita (Terminal 1)?
Itienary would be appreciated.

You can purchase this ticket and use it but it isn't going to get you directly to Roppongi from Narita, nor directly from Haneda to Narita. Coming from Narita by N'Ex, you can get off at Tokyo, Shinagawa, or Shinjuku, but from any of those stations you have to take subways with one transfer to get to Roppongi.
N'EX: Narita Airport-Tokyo
Marunouchi Subway Line: Tokyo-Kasuminoseki (pay)
Hibiya Subway Line: Kasumigaseki-Roppongi (pay)

From Haneda to Narita, you would have to take the Keikyu line to Shinagawa and pick up the N'Ex there for Narita.
Keikyu Line: Haneda-Shinagawa (not included in N'EX)
N'EX: Shinagawa-Narita

You probably could save some money taking the Keisei/Keikyu Line from and to Narita, but the N'Ex is usually not crowded, has a place for luggage, and is a bit faster.

Hiow abvout this option from Tokyo Station?

Take Marunouchi Line to Ginza Station.
Take Hibiya Line to Roppongi Station.
Walk from Roppongi Station.

Which one is faster & better?

Take Marunouchi Line to Ginza Station.

Both the Hibiya Line and the Marunouchi Line are in both stations. If you transferred to the Hibiya Line in Ginza you would have one extra stop in Hibiya which would add a couple of minutes. If you transfer in Kasumigaseki, the Hibiya stop is skipped. I don't remember the tunnel walks to transfer between lines in those stations which could also add a couple of minutes of one over the other but there isn't much difference.
