Hi,
Is there anybody that has experience with watching Japanese TV channels over the internet (like NHK or other major channels)? Either through a browser or an app. Or using Kodi (XMBC). And if so do you have any suggestions?
Thanks in advanced

I am now looking at the Hulu. You can see the program of the part of the television station. Hulu not equal Japan's program of Japan can not be seen perhaps, registration can be done only in Japanese language. So, I did the previous question.

Hi, All thanks for the responses. I am living in Europe and am helping a Japanese person, who does not know much of computers or the internet, to get access to regular NHK TV programs. I tried Keyhole but did not get the wanted result. Hulu sound interesting. Is there a specific site in Japan to get realtime broadcasts?
Thanks

Hi,
JSTV is a pay channel and the fee is quite high (50 Euro/month).

How about a slingbox? They're relatively expensive to set up, but once you have it going there is relatively little upkeep costs.
Btw, note that many of the free and low cost options out there are likely not very legal. Satellite tv may be the easiest, albeit relatively expensive, but the feed may not include all of nhk's programming.
