Hostel in Rebun island

Hello
I'm booking my hostels for my trip to Japan this August. It's easy to book hostels online for most cities, but I have problems when booking in Hokkaido.
For instance, the Momoiwasou Youth Hostel in Rebun has very good reviews, but there is no online booking, no mail, just a telephone.
I sent a mail to info@jyh.or.jp and I am waiting for the answer.
Should I try the phone number? I cannot speak Japanese
Thank you

The only one youth hostel in Rebun is Momoiwaso youth hostel and they have a Facebook page. https://goo.gl/uwNRZUI think you can contact with them via Facebook. In their Facebook site, a guy showing a poster seems to be caucasian so some of the stuff might understand English, especially in a written form.
