i try to search for winter sakura at sakayama park or jomine koen park access, but not so much details.
could anyone please give me more details about
how to take rental car at gunmafujioka station or nogami station?
and how much the car cost for round trip?
because i am a foreigner, can't read or speak japan language.
any tourist information centers at both station for help?
i will go there around 12-14 november 2558, how much chance i would seen sakura blooming?

But there are outlets at Takasaki and Shimmachi Station.

There is a high chance. But note that the winter cherries generally bloom much less intensively than the spring cherries. Don't go with the wrong expectations.
