Lesbians or bisexuals in Tokyo?

I was curious as to whether there was a lesbian/bisexual scene in Tokyo. I went to Shibuya last weekend and just saw guys with girls.

As with any large and cosmopolitan city, there is of course a thriving LGBT scene in Tokyo.

Thriving is an overstatement I think, but there are of course lesbians.
If you are simply looking at couples on the street then you'll not likely find any. That doesn't mean they don't exist.

Went to clubs and bars and didnt see any girls that werent all over a guy. Reason i asked. Figured there was a community but wanted more info as to where they are more common.
