Icoca & Haruka pass in Osaka

I will be reaching via osaka international airport on 14 August, is it advisable to get ICOCA & Haruka pass? I am going nara, kobe, osaka.

If you travel from KIX to Osaka city center on 14th and go back to KIX from city center on 28th, then you can not use Haruka & Icoca (note that this is not a pass: pass means you can travel unlimitedly in the pass area). With a Haruka & Icoca one way, you can go somewhere in Osaka such as Tennoji, Osaka or Shin-Osaka. You will have 2000 yen Icoca card. There are other options such as Osaka amazing pass Nankai version and several discount tickets using Nankai line.
