I want to travel from Matsumoto to Jigokudani Monkey Park.
I have JR Pass ordinary.
Is it pass includes LTD. EXP (WIDE VIEW) SHINANO from/to Matsumoto and Nagano Electric Railway Ltd. Exp. to Yudanaka?

Yes.
and Nagano Electric Railway Ltd. Exp. to Yudanaka?
No. Japan Rail Pass is issued by Japan Rail while Nagano Electric Railway is a separate company.

It is possibly easier getting the bus from Nagoya station to the Jigokudani and walking from the bus stop - depends on your preference - but the bus and local train are not covered by the JR pass.
