time schedule bus gora to togendai etc

Hello! I saw that there is bus going from gora to togendai because the ropeway is closed. Is there anyone who knows at what times this bus goes? Or atleast, the last time it goes (also back from togendai).
Also, are the other sightseeing spots open? (As in, the cruise?)

They only say 9:00 - 16:00, at an interval of approx. 40 - 70 minutes, subject to traffic conditions.
