Bus from Chitose Airport to Noboribetsu Onsen

We are planning to take the direct bus from Chitose Airport (12 noon) to Noboribetsu Onsen on a weekday, beginning of September this year. How crowded is the bus? Is there a way to purchase advance tickets for this bus?

I had the same question. I was told to take the train instead for for frequent schedule. Same cost and same time duration.
I think the bus only does a one trip per day so if you miss it, you're toast.
