Kanazawa spots & tranportation to Kyoto

Hi there,

I'll be visiting Kanazawa on autumn. Are the best spots can be arounded in 11 hours (between 10am-9pm)? What kind of transportation should i take to explore those spots? And if i wanna continue travelling to Kyoto, are there any trains covered by JR Pass? and what time is the earliest departure?

You can take the Thunderbird limited express train service from Kanazawa directly to Kyoto. This service is covered by the JR pass and the first train departs from Kanazawa at around 05:30 and the second one 30 minutes later.
