彼がこうして元気でいてくれる事が僕は一番婚しいから
Does this mean something like "Since I am your best husband, I can make you healthy"?? I'm confused...

Isn't the last kanji 嬉しい instead of 婚しい?
嬉しい means "happy," but the kanji as I see in your sentence doesn't make sense.
If it is: 彼が こうして 元気で いてくれる事が 僕は一番 嬉しい から ...then it means - His well-being like this makes me the happiest. - If he stays well like this, this makes the happiest.
