How to get to Hagoromo park?

I would like to stop in the Shizuoka - UNESCO Hagoromo park / Miho no Matsubara on my way from Tokio to Nagoya (by train).
Does anybody know, how to get there without a car from the train stop?
Or any other tip concerning this spot?
