Scenic route on JR Rail Hokkaido

I have a JR RAIL pass.
Please advise if you know of a good train scenic route I can experience. Thanks!

I like the JR Hakodate Main Line between Oshamambe and Otaru, running through Niseko and Kutchan. It passes through some mountain areas with views of Mt Yotei to the east and the Annupuri mountains to the west. It follows the Shiribetsu River for a stretch also. This is the route that the Hokkaido Shinkansen will take, so it will lose something when construction starts.
The route from Kushiro up to Shiretoko also passes through some nice mountain scenery.
The stretch just north of Hakodate that passes the Onuma lakes and Mt. Komagadake is also good.

Hakodate Honsen (main line) Zenibako to Otaru-Chikkou. Ishikari bay.
Hakodate Honsen Kucchan to Niseko: Mt. Shiribeshi (Yotei) and Niseko Annupuri
Hakodate Honsen Niyama to Akaigawa: Onuma and Mt. Komagatake
Furano line Biei to Furano: Mt Tokachidake and uninterrupted view.
Senmou Honsen Mokoto to Hamakoshimizu: Okhotsk Sea and the flower field (in late winter, drifting ice)
Senmou Honsen Shiretoko-Shari to Midori: Mt Sharidake and uninterrupted view.
Senmou Honsen Shibecha to Tooya: Kushiro marshland
Souya Honsen Otoineppu to Wakkanai: Teshiogawa river and Mt. Rishiri
