4 hour for Kurobe Gorge

According to your itinerary ( from Kurobe Unazukionsen ), you would be spending about 160 minutes in the trains, and about 80 minutes in Keyakidaira.
The are a lot more in Kurobe gorge than just Keyakidaira.
Early November could be the best koyo season in Kurobe Gorge .
You may regret spending such minimum of time in such a special place.
If time is the main issue, you'd be better off staying overnight in Unazukionsen, and start your Kurobe gorge trip as early as 07:32 or 07:57 the next morning.
I spent 2 days and 1 night last November, and wish I could extend at least 1 more day.

I love hiking. Last November we hiked as far as Babadani areas, which is about 40 min walk from Keyakidaira. We spent more than three hours exploring the area, and enjoying the onsen.
If you have limited time, and you are planning to visit Kuronagi, Kanetsuri, Keyakidaira, you are best to take the earliest train and get off at Keyakidaira. On the return journey, you then visit Kanetsuri, Kuronagi and Unazuki with what remaining time you have.

I think you have mistaken the names of train stations. As per Hyperdia it looks like the 08:10 from Kyoto is the shortest journey but you will arrive at Unazaki Station 12:12 to take the Kurobe Gorge train.

Please read the guide on Kurobe Gorge to understand the surrounding area and names of the relevant train stations
