Roppongi Mori Tower City View/Sky Deck

On my next visit to the Mori Tower I wish to once again visit the City View Observation Deck and the outside Sky Deck. I'd wish to get photos from both decks during the sunlight hours before watching the sunset on the Sky Deck (weather permitting)
This will require a few trips between the two decks. So obviously I am curious as to whether I would be able to make these multiple trips between the two decks on the same visit with the same ticket?
